I am a result oriented, evidence-based consultant capable of using a unique combination of theory and praxis to help organizations succeed in improvement efforts and the organizational development needed to sustain those efforts.

I have over 25 years of Leadership and Management experience within industry. A Lean Sensei and Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), my on-the-ground experience in both technical and management roles allows me to focus on my passion for solving process and equipment based challenges.

I began consulting in 2010, the scope of my work and expertise includes all milestones of a successful continuous improvement journey from strategy development, through implementation and sustainment.

My approach has always been straightforward; work to gain a mutual understanding of what success means to the client, and then collaborate with them to meet those goals. As an owner and principal consultant of KPG I believe in this approach strongly, it’s one of our core values.
